Shipping Info

Please place all orders by 2pm to guarantee next day (Monday - Friday) delivery in the UK. If orders are received after 2pm we cannot guarantee they will be dispatched in time for next day delivery and may be received 2 days after placing an order. (Please call us and we will let you know. If it's urgent and we can help we will try our best!)

UK:
Our shipping is FREE - within the UK. We use Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Signed For (1st Class) and Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm next working day) for our higher value items. Please note Special Delivery must be signed for.

Ireland:

We have a flat rate of £4.95 for items under £50 or any total order of under £50.

For items (or any total order ) of between £50 - £100 the cost is  £7.95.

All orders over £100 are Free Shipping to Ireland!

Other EU, USA and Canada, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, South Africa and South America:

Returns Info
Obviously, we hope that you are delighted with our goods. However, if there is a problem, please return the goods, unworn, and in the condition that you received them in, with all the tickets on the garment. Please return to us within 7 days of receipt. Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods.

When the goods are posted to us, you must get a certificate of posting from the post office, which should be retained until the refund is processed. When we have received the goods, unworn, with all the labels and security tags intact, we will refund your money the day that the goods are received (Monday to Friday). Please note that it may take a few working days to appear on your card, as different banks take varying lengths of time to process payments.

Please note that goods that are returned to us are done so at your cost.
