Cancellations
Customers may cancel goods purchased from Lizzie Doyle Clothing by sending a written notice by post to arrive within 7 working days of delivery of the goods. The customer must be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be in the condition in which they were received.
Returns
Lizzie Doyle Clothing is committed to providing customers with high quality products and service, however occaissionally a product may be found to be substandard. In these circumstances Lizzie Doyle Clothing will refund / exchange the goods and cost of return carriage.

The goods must be unworn and in re-saleable condition.
Delivery
Lizzie Doyle Clothing makes every effort to despatch goods within the specified time of 14 days but does not accept liability for failure to deliver in this time.
Lizzie Doyle Clothing will accept responsibility for shortages and/or damage only if these are notified with in 7 working days of receipt of goods.
Title of the goods does not pass to the customer until payment in full is received by Lizzie Doyle Clothing.
Overseas customers will be solely responsible for any duties or taxes which may be liable in their country.
Currency
All prices given on Lizzie Doyle Clothing website are in pounds sterling.
Errors and Omissions
Lizzie Doyle Clothing makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions and prices on its website but occasionally errors may occur. In these circumstances Lizzie Doyle Clothing will be entitled to rescind the contract and liability will be limited to return to the customers of any payments made.
